All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Delivery date may change due to weather conditions and/or if items are purchased on the day of a sale due to volume. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS and customer will be supplied with a tracking number via email. Orders will be sent to the address specified when completing order.
If Crown Heavy Naturals receives a delivery confirmation and/or proof of delivery, Crown Heavy Naturals has met its obligations to the customer. Crown Heavy Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items. All claims related to your package need to be submitted to the mail carrier for assistance. Crown Heavy Naturals will fully cooperate with any investigations of stolen packages.
Please be available to retrieve your package upon delivery. Due to warm climate, some products, like the body butter, may melt down to its un-whipped consistency. Melting does not affect the quality of natural products. Simply stir & store in a cool area away from heat.
